概要
mpichはMPI並列計算を行うためのライブラリである．
mpirunを行うために必要
インストール
- 公式サイトからダウンロード（めちゃくちゃ重い）
- tarで解凍
tar -xzf mpich-3.3.2.tar.gz- Shellの環境の確認（大体bash）
echo $SHELL
/bin/bash- いつもの通りconfigureからのmake
./configure –prefix=/opt/mpich3 2>&1 | tee c.txt
make 2>&1 | tee m.txt
make install 2>&1 | tee mi.txt- いつもの通りbashrcに追加
PATH=/opt/mpich3/bin:$PATH ; export PATH詰まったこと
デフォルトでインストールした際，以下のようなコンパイラに関するエラーが生じた
mpichまでのpath/mpich-3.3.2/libtool: line 10550: ifort: command not found
libtool: error: error: relink 'lib/libmpifort.la' with the above command before installing itこれはlibtoolがshで書かれているため，環境変数を変えないとエラーが生じてしまうのが原因．
ここを参照して，libtool（mpichのフォルダに入ってる）を編集してpathを通す．
